Me and Echo The Therapy Dog!

Hi All

A couple of days ago Echo The Beagle dropped by my library for some treats and a few photos. Seeing Echo is the highlight of any day!

Echo is a therapy dog who patiently listens to children as they read him stories. It's a wonderful program that encourages children to read more and to improve on their reading skills. And, children who read to Echo fives times or more get a purple Echo paw print and a certificate for being a great reader.

Echo will be away for surgery for a few months, but plans to join us again in January. We look forward to his return!
